Answers to common questions below…

Are there films or games similar to this activity?

There are many computer games in which you proceed finding hidden things or solving puzzles. The Silent Hill could be given as an example. In addition to TV shows such as The Crystal Maze.

Why should I join in this game?

We offers you an experience different from other classic activities done as a group; you can find the opportunity to test your concentration, observation, problem solving and decision making competencies in practice and you will have great fun.

Who can play this game?

Children, adults and OAP’s our games are suitable for all. You can play this game together with your family members or colleagues from work or play it as a corporate game and have fun with them for one hour.

How difficult is the game?

Our game consists of six different rooms. two entree and four rooms …All parts are included in a single game. The game is designed to be completed in 60 minutes by concentration and solving the puzzles. You do not need any special talent other than using your brain and acting fast. This, however, does not necessarily mean that everybody can finish the game!

Will it be safe during the game?

Yes. You will be safe and there will be real time monitoring in all of the rooms in the old smoke house. Our current rooms are not based on fear. You can finish the game whenever you want and leave the room.

What if I get stuck on a puzzle?

Use the tablet provided for clues and if still having an issue a staff member will watching your game progress on CCTV.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You only need your brain.

Do we have to wear special costumes to play the game?

No. However, we recommend that you bring the least amount of belongings and accessories possible with you in order to move comfortably and fast during the game.

Can we play the same room more than once?

Yes, but as you already know the puzzles you will not be able to have your tile recorded on our leader board. You can however play our other rooms and we will be updating our games every 6/12 months.

When should I arrive?

You should arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time for a short training and introduction session. Please try not to be late as the reservations are fixed time intervals.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made online when booking a timeslot or when you are at our escape room.

Can I bring a 7th player?

Yes, Do keep in mind that while it is possible, for a more enjoyable experience we wholeheartedly recommend splitting a team of 7 between 2 different rooms as this means each player will have more to do and enjoy the rooms as they were intended!

What happens if we are running late for our booking?

Depending on how late you are running could mean a number of different options. If you cannot make it 15 minutes earlier than your game time – as we request – this normally shouldn’t affect your game. However, any later than this and we may either have to deduct time from your game or if you are 15 minutes later than the game starting time itself, we may have to cancel the game entirely with no refund.
